If you haven’t heard of HYROX, it is the ultimate fitness challenge, designed to test participants’ strength and endurance through a series of functional exercises.

Whether you’re a seasoned competitor or venturing into HYROX for the first time, our program will equip you with the tools and training you need to excel.

Duration: 8 weeks | From Tues 28th May to Sun 21st July
Classes: Two exclusive classes per week | Tuesdays at 5.30PM and Sundays at 10.30AM
